Shipping policy
Your complete satisfaction with our products is very important to us. Accordingly, we have developed this Shipping & Return Policy in order for you to understand how our processes works.
Orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours during business days, and shipping times are 1 to 8 business days in most cases (the total time to get your package may be 2 to 8 business days). Orders shipping to Hawaii, Alaska can take up to 3 weeks. We normally ship using services offered by the United States Postal Service (USPS).
- STANDARD SHIPPING ($3.99) Sent via USPS First Class Mail. Usually takes 5 to 8 business days to reach its final destination.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING ($7.99) Sent via USPS Priority Mail. Expedited shipping takes 3 to 4 business days to reach its final destination.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to ongoing USPS delays we do not guarantee Standard or Expedited shipping times and do not provide shipping refunds if orders are late.
- EXPRESS SHIPPING ($25.00) Sent via USPS Priority Express Mail. All Express Shipping orders are given priority processing and handling and provides next-day to 2–day delivery service by 6 PM with a money–back guarantee.

- Items are sent from our warehouse located in Fort Worth, Texas on a daily basis (Monday-Friday).
- TexaClear.com reserves the right to switch the shipping method to a more economical option for overweight packages.
ADDRESS CORRECTIONS: In the event that a package is returned to us marked as undeliverable, we reserve the right to charge the customer an additional fee upon confirmation of the corrected mailing address and our resending the package. Note: Fee to be the actual cost of shipping.
If we cannot validate the address, we will try to contact the customer to provide an updated address. If we cannot update the address, the order will be canceled and refunded.
WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS: GM Pharmaceuticals, Inc. will not be held responsible if the customer provides the wrong shipping address and we cannot recover the package. PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK THE SHIPPING ADDRESS. If you notice the address is incorrect please contact us as soon as possible at info@texaclear.com.
